Apexi Power FC instructions (for FC Commander)

Hey, I've searched all over H-T, T-I, HAN, and Google, and only managed to find the FC Commander instructions (translated to English) for FD3S RX-7s. A lot of stuff is the same, but a lot isn't. Does anyone know where to find English instructions for the FC Commander? Apexi USA only has the instructions for the Power FC ECU, not the commander. Thanks!
