Thermal R&D makes a true 2.5" exhaust? You sure it's not 60mm piping like most aftermarket exhausts?

Dave offers 2.25, 2.5", and 3" OD systems. The 60mm systems are typically from Japanese manufacturers.

Thermal's is only 2.25". Most of the USDM exhaust such as DC, Thermal, Magnaflow, Comptech, use 2.25". Thermal and Comptech use Magnaflow components.
Your options are T1R, SMSP, Kteller "bolt-up" kit, and Hytech.
