I want to get some winter tires for my R and was given a good price on some 195-65-15s but didn't know if they would fit. have you had experience? Will I get wheel rub?

is your R lowered? the stock ride height can accomodate the slight increase in tire height, since it's not that much. i haven't had any experience with this setup though.

if you look at the wheel gap on your ITR, it's enough to make room for 195/65s without rubbing. haven't talked to anyone though, but i'm more than sure they'll fit.

Your speedometer/odometer will be off - but otherwise should be ok.

I have 195/60/15 winter tires on the car on steel wheels and they rub when turning all the way but thats it. The 65's may rub a little more. Of course like I said mine are on steel wheels so the offset is not factory.

it'll look really bad too! big thick tires on an R
low pros!

keep your tires inflated like 5psi more to have the treads opened
