what kind of camshaft? What other mods do you have? What do you want out of the car?
Generally i would say yes, the skunk2 is a better manifold than the stock one. It will give you better breathing in the top end.

skunk2 stage 1s, i also dont want to lose midrange would the sk2 mani with camshat make midrange more power?

do you have aftermarket headers? i got a sk2 mani and i was very pleased with the power difference. i'd say get it man, u won't be disappointed.

check out http://www.jdmshit.com they make an itr replica, bigger ports that sk2 and blox mani's also its only $180.. its brand new!
