I totalled my 97 LS and the insurance did and estimate for damage already on the car and tried to subrtact that from the "cash value" they were paying me. Then they refused to pay for any aftermarket parts. The value they gave me for my car was based on a "supposed" average price around my area. They even gave me a list of the cars they found. Needless to say they found the dirt cheap cars and I got screwed into: no integra, $2000 left to pay on the loan and my parts were all trash. I hate insurance.
