Weird issue, car randomly dying on me. Spark issue?
So I changed out my header 3 days ago to a generic 4-2-1 chrome header. I ripped out my o2 sensor on accident and replaced it with a bosch oem one. Now I was driving on the interstate the other day just fine, and out of nowhere the car lost all power. It didn't stall, but rpms slowly dropped, had no throttle response and the check engine light/brake light/oil pressure light all clicked on. First I thought the timing went so I jumped out to check since I had a cut valve cover. Belt was fine, no teeth jumped. So I checked oil. normal level. I check to make sure all spark plug wires were snug. Everytime I tried starting it it would crank crank crank but never turn over. Finally, After 20 mins it turned back over for me to get home. The next day the same exact thing happened again. I can not figure this out. Does anyone have any ideas???

I requested a short story for a title.

a bad o2 sensor will cause issues like this and since you just replaced the o2 sensor check the wiring and connections.
report back. If it does it enough it will eventually throw a fuel management code which can throw people off

Re: weird issue, car dieing on me spark issue?
Sorry for the OP being so short. I was doing it on my phone so typing a long explanation is a PITA lol. Anyways, yes it eventually started the second time as well (after around 2 mins of sitting there). A buddy of mine thinks it may be the dizzy? I only listed the new header install just incase it had anything to do with this. Ill double check the connection tomorrow but it snapped in good when I reconnected it back up. The only other mods I have are a SRI and exhaust and I've had both for months now. The car also has a bad starter as sometimes itll take 5-20 times of trying to turn it over before it finally goes (will just click). The car has 225,000 miles on the original motor.
I hope this extra info might help? Im moderately mechanically inclined but Im more of a "I know it after I do it" kinda guy lol.

Jump start the car if you have to, once the motor is up and running take off your positive battery terminal. If the car dies your alternator is not pushing out 14v or enough to keep the car running.
If it was your distributor with a bad ignition coil it wouldn't start back up.

Ok, so I did the test with the battery and disconnected the negative and it still ran. Had it off for 15 mins. I have since replaced the starter as well nad got new spark plug wires. Now, the car is STILL having issues. Today it was doing just like it would when it had a bad starter. It just "clicked" when I tried turning it over. It did that 5 times before firing over.

check/clean your transmission to chassis ground. sounds like that's where your problems are stemming.
matter of fact, also check/clean the chassis to battery ground, both battery posts/terminals and your thermostat housing ground.
it's going to be a grounding issue for sure

Re: weird issue, car dieing on me spark issue?
you mentioned the check engine light had turned on, most issues are usually solved by running the codes so i would start there. if there is no more check engine light on i had a similar issue a while back and turned out to be my o2. u mentioned u bought a new bosch one but I wouldnt trust it even if it's new. if you know someone that could lend you a used Oem one or if you have one laying around try it out to see if it solves your issue..

yes. check the codes. but for the starter problem, it almost certainly is a ground.
check the codes for your stalling issue though
