somebody got into my integra without breaking anything and took .....

the computer CASE.

yes thats right they left the motherboard and just took the case.

what im wondering is is there anyway to build a case cause no local scrap yards have a case they want the entire computer to be sold, and uh they dont even have one for my year

1995 acura integra RS

can anybody tell me which years / models the case is the exact same? ill buy the whole computer for $$ if the case is the same and just swap motherboards. but i need to know which years have the same style or if there is anything else i can put the motherboard in. the harnesses is still here intact perfectly.

of all things. they left the shift *****, seats, even a 20$ bill in the ashtray. they just wanted the case. wtf is that lol.

whoever broke into your car must have been blitzed on coke or something :rofl: ive never seen anyone break into a car, pull the ecu, take the ecu apart, and steal the metal case rofl, sad yes, but look at the bright side, the person who broke in was so dumb they didnt even bother taking the CASH

u r lucky man. try calling up a couple junkyards near you and ask if they have any integras from around your year. Then go pull the ecu out and take the case.

Forget about the case for now, u need to make sure they don't get in side anymore, ur very very lucky to only be missing a case..

check again, make sure its only the case missing. you never know...
a long time ago, someone broke into my family van, left my dad's phone, some cash, and other valuables for a headrest. We later found out he put a hole in the gas tank and took half of it. He also took the oil dipstick and oil cap.

As for the case, I don't think anybody has had this problem before, so you're pretty much on your own if you want to fabricate it. I'd just get a new one.
And also, make sure no one can get in the car the next time around.

im pretty sure any obd1 case will work. i.e. p75, p06, p28, pr4. and there is a few others im forgetting. i would be more thankful they didnt steal your car. you got off easy my friend.

i know 95s but what other years are obd1.

also you said p75 p06 p28 pr4 ( are these cases the same design cause the holes need to line up etc.

then again would i be better of just getting a whole new cpue even from ebay or a junk yard, which one should i be looking for or which one would be better? (i guess i could consider it an upgrade) ???

i dont know much about the computers n **** any input would be awesome.
like would the car act differently with a different one? or need to be tuned? i dont have money for tune or a license atm cause of a dui thats y i been doin work on it.

i almost have it rdy and this **** goes down lol.

and yeah some people are ****ed up, i had the car stored in a uhaul garage for the winter with the front end disasembled, cause i just replaced the tranny internals due to isb bearing being shot etc and just had thew tranny put back in by me n some help from friends but the suspension and **** was all off too so theres no way they can steal the car, cause i need to build a ramp to get it up n out of the garage AFTER i put the front end back together its on stands. the battery was out thats y the alarms n **** never went off, im guessing it was a friend that knows its there cause the bolt was cut for the circle lock on the uhaul door and yeh i checked everything and everything is in tack.

its just ****ed up, had brand new fenders in the trunk too, etc

this is rediculas lol. steel a ****ing computer case..
i just dont get why he left the damn mother board and just took the case. he took apart the ****ing thing n even took the screws. mother ****er.

just get a cheap 92-95 ecu best bet is a po5 or po6 somethin cheap so u can just swap it over

that sounds like a planned job....whoever it was had to know about ur car and even if they did only want the ecu wtf wouldnt want some extra cash that just dont sound rite.

Any OBD1 ECU case will work, Civic, Integra, Prelude, etc.
If you can't find one, PM me and I can sell you one.
