So after a great weekend in Vegas, realized just before leaving that at some point, someone jacked my clear corners. Sucks, but on to the question.

So when they took the corners, on one side they cut the entire plastic housing that was holding the bulb. What I'm wondering is:

How much are these housings?

Is it going to be ok to strip the wires, connect them and cover with electric tape?

Also, I was looking at the wires on the one that they cut... there are 5 wires on the cut side, but it seems like there are only 3 on the other side that isn't cut. What are the extra two wires for? Only thing I could think of was something related to the alarm, but that is just a guess, and I don't think it is right. Any ideas?

And I just realized something else. My cold air intake's filter is down there... I'm gonna need a temporary seal over that exposed opening since it just started raining.... any suggestions?

yo if you cna't find the pigtails for the bulbs then PM me and i will cut mine off my harness sinc ei'm parting my teg completely out

cut and reconnect + electrical tape isn't bad.. try autozone to see if they have it or since that guy is parting the teg.. get it from him.

no clue on the 5th wire...

the side wiht the cut wires. is that the PASSENGER side? could be your horn make sure that works.

Driver side, and the horn works. Really confused on those extra wires. Any idea on something i can cover the hole with until the end of the week?

what color are the wires?

i would solder them and cover with electrical tape. makes it look professional.

if you want i'll sell you my pigtails for like $20 shipped.

I don't think that these housings are all that expensive. I think I saw them on acuracarland or whatever that site is for around $5.

The wires, I think the three to the bulb on the passenger side are red/black/green. On the driver side there are two more wires, one red one black.

damn dude this was like the third post i've seen that someone had there corners taken. i myself had my corners taken just last week. they also took the harness/socket to the big bulb.

i jusut looked it up and they want $10 for EACH single connector pigtail. and one of them was labled $20

i'm giving you 4 for the price of two.
