Switching from h22a to b18?
Hey all, I'm interested in buying a 94 integra with an h22a motor in it. Now, I want to remove the h22a and put my fully built ls/vtec motor with my turbo setup in it. What needs to be done to put the b18 in it? I know the mounts will need to change, will the harness need to change? Also, to put an h22 in, was any part of the frame cut? Any of the factory mount locations cut off? Or will it be too much work to change from h22a in an integra back to a b18. Any help would be great.

it all depends on who did they swap your gonna have to take a look at it yourself and see if anything was cut... usualy with 94-01 they dont do too much damage when putting one in. with a DA tho you gotta chop that shitt up

you will need the b-series mounts and shiftlinkage
and possibly a wiring harness depending on whether they swapped the stock harness out or not

you'll need to reweld the chassis transmission mount and depending how the shifter was mounted you may need to do some sheetmetal work there to seal it up. For the wiring, I would just find a GSR engine harness unless you want to dewire the H22 harness for the B series Vtec.
