nah not a used dealer, but just a parking lot where everybody buys and sells cars locally on weekends. I had my GSR parked on the same lot a month before his got stolen when mine was for sale. It takes some *****, they went to pick up the car at around 9pm meaning that it was stolen sometime in the daylight on the main street in my town.
sorry for your lost.. hopefully you find whats left of it.. what was his security?

I've noticed that when people park their (for sale) car away from their home, the car usually gets treated pretty poorly. That car would be a very obvious target for thieves unfortunately and there would be no one to stop them.

that is his friend's listing i believe. the date on that is 7/25 and im guessing it was stolen probably today or last night.

car was found last night at 3am stripped.
No Interior
No exhaust/intake
No Front bumper/fenders/hood/bumper/lip/headlights
Engine and Rims are still on the car.

Truly sorry for your friend's loss. Death to thieves.
I'm surprised the engine was left. Hopefully someone can do an easy rebuild and get her on the road again; and do a stealth alarm install as long as the interior is out of the way.

when my Integra got stolen from Alameda it was found on Embarcadero in Oakland...

damn that sucks how they took everything, but your friend still has the motor, so i would'nt give up on the car, all you need is a seat, and the bumper,exhaust and intake and you are set

I dont know all the details, because im hearing things second hand, but from my understanding the car was found in Richmond CA, Stripped except the motor and wheels. I dont know if it was in a residential area or where exactly it was found, Just the city, and that it was stripped.
I know for sure its totaled, and he had full coverage. Im pretty sure hes going to take the money and buy something else because he was trying to sell it.
I think he said he might try to buy it back for cheap and part out the rest of it, but im not sure.
