I did not measure how high, from the ground, my fenders were before I lowered my LS 2 door.

I remember that the front fenders showed more wheel gap than the rear.

I re-used my stock shocks and had the eibach Pro Kit installed and my ride height became:

front fender = 23" off of the ground with a wheel well gap of 1.5"
rear fender = 22" off of the ground with a wheel well gap of -1.0"

Can anyone measure the height of their stock fenders?

To measure ride height, it's more accurate to measure the distance from the (flat) ground to the bottom of the jacking tabs just behind the front wheel and just in front of the rear wheel, which will give you an exact measurement rather than trying to eyeball the gap.

Also keep in mind that tire size and tire tread depth can affect measurements. The difference in gap and ride height between new tires (10/32") and tires that are just worn to the treadwear indicator bars (2/32") is 1/4". The calculated difference in gap and ride height between 195/55-15 tires and the slightly smaller 195/60-14 tires is 1/8".

On our '94 GS-R, which has stock-sized 195/55-15 tires (current tread depth 3.5/32" front, 9/32" rear), the distance from the ground to the front jacking tab is 7", and to the rear jacking tab is 7 7/8".

Unfortunately for me, I did not measure at the jacking tabs, nor did I account for tread depth, when I had the stock shocks and Eibach Pro Kit on the car.

I did not like the way the rear of the car appeared to squat down, so, I removed only the rear Eibach springs and replaced them with the OEM springs.

My old (incorrect) measurement method gave me these values:

front fender = 24.5" off the ground with a wheel well gap of 1.25" ie...
. (tread = 9/32 & jack tab = 6")
rear fender = 24.75" off the ground with a wheel well gap of 1.75" ie...
. (tread = 7/32 & jack tab = 6.25")

By the way its an automatic.

I wouldn't say measuring in the other area is incorrect, just that accuracy is much more difficult there, because of a bunch of variables. It's not too bad measuring from the fender edge at the top of the wheel well to the ground - on my GS-R, it's 25 1/8" front, 26 1/8" rear - but measuring the gap is going to vary at different points around the wheel well, another variable is that the tread surface isn't flat so there are different points to measure to, and if you try to extend the tread surface out to the plane of the fender edge, any camber in your alignment will throw off your measurement.
