Solid Mount Inserts.....safe to remove lower tq mounts?
just wondering if you put all 3 solid mount inserts in (side, trans, and rear) if you can remove the lower tq. mounts
i know of 5 or more people with solid swap mounts, that took off their lower tq mounts, and no problems

If you know 5+ people that did that and it's fine, doesn't that answer your question? I know a guy that has stock mounts, with only side, trans, and rear mounts, and even that is fine.

By solid mounts you mean not rubber in them at all? I don't see the point in that, even in a race car, but especially for a street car. It's going to send all the vibrations and shaking straight through the car to you.
