solid cel, jumper not working, no start.
my brothers 92 integra just died on the freeway the other day, cruising at normal speed and the rpms just dropped and it died. originally i thought it was from the main relay which was put back under the dash without a cover after it was acting up earlyer in the month, so i thought the actual points on the relay grounded out on the dash frame and fried the relay, replaced the relay. still sold check engine light, replaced the ecu, still solid check engine light no start just turns over.
ive checked all the fuses and all the connections, tried several of the right relays, and 2 different ecus, but without the ecu jumper i dont have a code and so i dont know where to start from here. it seems like it would be a sensor of some sort if its a solid code out of nowhere...
any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated my brother needs the car for work transportation. thanks!

Check the dizzy? Cap, rotor, coil, spark plug wires etc. I've heard that spending an hour or two taking the distributor apart and putting it back together like it was sometimes fixes it, making sure all connections are tight. Ignitor or coil are likely culprits.

Re: solid cel, jumper not working, no start.
thanks for the response but im not so sure that a loose connection would cause the relay to completely stop clicking over or a solid ecu with no click. all it points to to me at this point is the ecu relay or an actual short in the harness.
anyone else?
am i missing something here.
