I'm NOT flaming in any way, but is the wiring/hoses supposed to look that crazy?
Either way, nice job. I'd be pretty damn intimidated doing something like that by myself

Won't that reduce the effectiveness of the intercooler?

its not like i used extra hose in there for no reason.. those hoses are what i needed..i know it may look alittle crazy but thats the way it is.

there are many people on this board with black intercoolers.. i have never heard of one complaint or one lost horsepower from painting it or the pipes black.
EDIT: Btw , i only used 500 degree paint on the piping not the intercooler.. and just incase you didnt know, the fact that it says 500 degree just means that the paint itself can withstand heat of up to 500 degrees.. in other words it wont flake off in the hot engine bay.

Type R rims ?? You've got to be kidding.
Anyways, nice car. Looks like a pretty solid setup.
Did you tune the Hondata yourself? Or did you have a shop do it?
Also, what options did you get with yours? (other than the boost option obviously)
Datalogging? ROMeditor?

even if i posted pics without my plates they could find out my IP addy and find out where i live or something in that way.. driving around someone could see my plates.. you get the idea.. but i just deleted those pics with the plates showing so it made me feel a bit better.

i dont think i saved money really.. in fact i went way over my intended budget, but reliability is what im looking for, so it pays to spend the extra cash now. Im running 2.5" piping from the turbo back with a resonator and a magnaflow muffler

Re: (J337_UNIT)
I only ask because it seems like a layer of paint would interfere with the heat transfer process. Unless of course the paint conducts heat... :dunno:
