Re: Slight shaking in gear..
Does the car shake on accel? as you go faster? Does it shake on decel? Take it out of gear when going around 55? Does it still shake?
Broken motor mounts are felt by a more then normal or abnormal vibrations. Either felt in the steering wheel or at idle. Clunks bangs etc.. when shifting gears from broken mounts.
Maybe a imbalance of the wheels or wheel? Could even a bad cv joint.

Re: Slight shaking in gear..
How long have you had the car? Have you noticed it the whole time or just started happening recently? Do you have an aftermarket shifter? Maybe the shifter bearings, if it's after market and has them, or bushings are bad. What about exhaust? Is it aftermarket? Did you just get a new exhaust put on? My Tanabe exhaust rubs against the bottom of my shifter sometimes and makes it vibrate. I've also had a short shifter with bearings in it wear out and start vibrating. Maybe your motor mounts are bad. Check the back one because they are notorious for going out on Integras. Maybe the shift linkage has rattled loose. Check the bolts to make sure they are good. Check the shifter stabilizer bushings. Ummm.....have you replaced your suspension with stiffer springs or shocks? My car vibrates noticeably more with stiffer suspension.

Re: Slight shaking in gear..
What kind of shifter is it? Does it have bearings in it where the bolt goes through or is it the kind like stock that has a plastic bushing? Either way I'd unbolt the shifter and drop it down and take a look at it before you bought anything. You might have to replace the entire shifter if it's the kind with bearings.

Re: Slight shaking in gear..
I'm not sure it came with the the car but i know for sure that it's not the stock dual bend shifter so i'm either going to get the stock dual bend or get the shifter bushings as advised..thanks for the input guys...
