Im trying to figure out, is there any specific year they started painting side moldings on LS's. Like on every 94 ls, are the moldings going to be black, or will some be painted? And how much should it cost to get them painted?

RS's and LS's are always black. GSR's are painted.

i dont know when they started to paint the ls side moldings but the 98+ ls had them painted

1996. The same year they changed the wheel cover design. The mirrors were matched too.

The mirrors on all 94 and up LS's and GSR's were always painted along with the door handles. The RS had black mirrors, door handles, and side moldings. In 96 they started painting the side moldings on all of the integs. I think they stopped the RS in that year.

The lightweight special (RS) ceased production in '98.

i don't have side moldings sh*t i got ripped oh well, theres no motor 2 so it's all the same

I had black moldings on my 94 LS, but, painted them myself.

Now that you mention it, I think you are right. I'll keep an eye out on the road tommorrow. As for the RS, I think they were made until 98. I rememeber seeing a black one without a sunroof, newer design front and rear end and wheel covers which looked like the wheels from the '90 to 91 CRX Si.

What year did Acura start replacing the "Acura" logo for the on the wheels, steering wheel and key, etc....
