at the end of the week I get my da back form the shop so I can put them side by side to try and to imagine what it could look like, lol

cut and weld... or take your old seats apart, the new seats apart, and swap the pans.... when I get my S2K's (If I ever find ****** blue ones), IM gonna be swapping pans, so they fit properly, and all the holes line up.
You could fab and weld it so it works, but i'd prefer the "stock" looking brackets myself that is achieved from swapping pans.

This sounds about right. Even when I got my seats put in (my DA) I still needed to custom fab and weld the brackets. Any welding shop and some exhaust shop could put them in.
