Default RSR Exmag/Exmag GTII

First off, are there any major gains or differences between the exmag and the gt2 besides how it looks, the gt2 looks like its more a n1 style exhaust without the angle.

And where would you all suggest buying rsr exhaust for a 98 LS from, only site i know if evasivemotorsports and they are a little expensive with shipping.

I know its been convered, but i searched and its a little hard when my only term is "RSR Exmag" and they're all WTB threads :/

TIA
zak

60mm i didn't use the whole system only axle back cuz i still have my old system GReddy SP2 mid pipe and resonator due to my SMSP header with Test pipe being short than normal cat.

You can create a sound clip by getting a video camcorder or sound recorder and just going out to your car and let it idle and revv it a couple of times.

Then you can upload it to somewhere like http://www.yousendit.com and send it to me, cause I want to hear it too

I've got the RSR ExMag on my 92 GS and I couldn't be happier!!!!!! It's quiet under normal driving conditions, and when i open it up it roars!!!!!

That's what it looks like out by *** end.

I picked it up used off ebay for cheap but it's in great shape. The shop i had install it had to add 1-1/2 inches to the piping so i think the guy i bought it off of labeled it wrong on ebay.

All-in-all I love it and it was worth the trouble!!!!!!

I believe the gt2 is a lot louder than the exmag. Is it under axel? My exmag is not loud at all, the motor is louder than the exhaust!

yep the gt2 is louder and hangs way lower. its more of the typical tin-can exhausts, but not as obnoxious and has a nice deep tone
