Radiator clogged
i noticed as i drive that when i accelerate and pass 4k rpm the gauge also fallows, i did a couple tests to see why it was over heating, checked relays fuses, done a hand job(no homo) and realized that it was burning hot on top of my radiator and noticed that i was cold at the bottom, so i know that is clogged, also noticed that there was a like a dark orange goo in my reservoir, i thaw i can clean it out,but itza like stuck at the bottom. you actually have to scrape it out? and the 50/50 of coolant and water was also orange? can anyone please explain what this substance is, and howd it get in my motor, because im pretty sure that substance is what clogged my radiator and is causing my car to overheat. is there anything to remove it, any type of liquid eliminator/cleaner? thanks

Has someone filled the radiator full of dexcool coolant?
Honda/acura use green coolant unless the coolant your using is just dyed that color.
I would pull the reservoir clean it out, drain the radiator and spray it down.. try to clean it as much as possible..
Reinstall and go from there.

The only thing I can suggest is use a radiator flush liquid and flush the entire system. If it's in your radiator, pull it out from the car, plug one side, put CLR in it. Do it until your radiator is clear once it is. Flush it out with water and put it back into the car.
