Well Im def not using SPRAY PAINT for anything. Ok so it in an aresol can thats very similar to spray paint, but oh thats right it's MADE for exactly what Im doing with it.
and what wouldn't be worth it?? to build a car exactly how you see fit. Maybe you just buy others peoples hard work and flaunt it...imo. either way Built not Bought is my plan.
Ok so back to the real HTers.lol
I do def love this color so I'll be getting a fresh coat.Body work is just killin me right now.Im thinkin on just having a shop do it. Plus i dont want to be kickin my own *** later when I see some imperfections.
plans for this week.. wait for my headlight in the mail, order up a window motor..
Install the headliner pillar plastics, paint the mirrors. since those are staying black, and hopefully get the head up to the machine shop..

its ridiculous for someone to do everything my man and you have no idea what i even drive...i dont mean any harm with my posts just look for different perspectives on things and like to know what motivates some builds

Well telling me you dont think it's worth it defintly doesn't motivate me..lol, or asking if it feels like a waste of time like iv seen you post on other builds.. it's more like an insult.. Why be curious about our motivation if you dont aprreciate the work from it.
If it aint constructive or positive leave it off the fourm...

i can just as easily take offence on your comment of me "buying not building"
as i have a LOT more time into my car then yours and of that i'm positive
but to keep things on subject as i'm not too fond of your interior color conversion choice i do like the fact that this car seems to be going in a good direction and i hope MOST IMPORTANTLY you have fun working on it
i'll watch this thread and look forward to it's progression

but what u dont get is that not every one has money to just go out and replace every tan part just to turn it black it gets expensive thats where the option to paint comes in to play this car is on some what of a time shedule and a very tight budget and so far every thing looks really good heads about to go to the machine shop to make sure everythings been done right.u see people painting their rims so is it such a big deal on interior?

Re: Project "Old Skool" G2 love
you mis-understood i said more trouble then its worth IN MY OPINION.. mainly because i would rather get new interior then try and paint it a diffrent color.. and who cares about what i post "in other builds" i'm talking to you about yours "insults" are opinions based on perception..seems to me like your perception about any type of comment from me twards your build based on things i said in other builds is a negitive one.. if you want my opinion your build shows more promise them most the da builds i've seen on here... constructive is also very opinionated.. usually if someone tells me my "choice of color is wack " or " my offset is weak" i take it into consideration.. its always good to have different viewpoints regardless of how we feel about them
