Default Is it possible to integrate LED into the gauge cluster??

I've replaced the 194 bulbs behind the gauge cluster...yes, it's hot!!
but one of the shift indicating light burnt out...
the bulbs are pretty small, is it possible to use maybe 3mm LED to replace those bulbs??

yes you can with the right resistors or you can buy some leds set up to be used in those sockets. Search for custom gauge cluster stuff. Someone on ht has those leds in his cluster. I think they are red.

True, LED's run on only 2volts, so you must run resistors that adjut the voltage to that.

great, I'll try to replace those borng bulbs with bright LEDs...
wiring LEDs can be a pain, since every one need its own resistor...
and somehow I need to figure out how to hook'em up to get power the right way...
bright LEDs are hot!!!
thanks!!

correct me if I'm wrong, but the indicator lights don't use 194/168 bulbs, they're much smaller...I think only the dealers have them...
