P1362 TDC no signal...
Just got back from inspection and failed due to:
P0301- Cylinder 1 misfire
P1362 TDC Sensor no signal
The Car is a 99 LS by the way.
So far I got new plugs for to see if that'll correct the first issue and what exactly should I do/ look for to correct the TDC issue? I did a search and found nothing. What would be the first place to start to diagnose this problem?
Also:
When I tried doing the self check (paper-clip circuit) it wouldn’t blink or work like on my other Honda. Instead the Check engine light stays on when the keys in the on position (radio on, etc) and then once I turn the ignition on and the motors running it shuts right off? It’s like the old owner created a way to hide the CEL which doesn’t bother me but how can I fix this also?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Sounds more like a TDC sensor that has failed.
You could try calling a dealership and ask them what that code means...
I'd have to look around more on this one to figure it out because that's not an error code that comes up frequently.

Ok solved the check engine light issue. It seems the previous owner tapped the original CEL light with the oil light to hide the check engine. So thats all set, but I still have the TDC code... Any suggestions what to try first?

Starts & runs perfect, no stutter, hesitation etc... Everything is 100% Just reset the ecu and so far 2 10 mile trips with no CEL. Maybe it was just on the memory...we shall see soon

Re: P1362 TDC no signal... (SupRlude01)
im not sure if you still have this problem but the tdc sensor should be on the crank pully side of the engine under the timing belt cover from 1996 on and in the distributor from 1995 and earlier...
...ran across your thread and wondered if you ever fixed it... well good luck.
