bleed it from the thermostats housing or the radiator? when i replaced the switch and thermostat good amoung of coolant leaked , so i poured slowly more coolant in the radiator while car and heat were on , and waited for the bubbles to disappear

Bleed through the radiator. Your fan will kick on twice and it should be done. If the fan isn't coming on it is either the switch, wiring or fan itself. You can test the fan with some alligator clips off the battery.

I bled the radiator and tipped it with coolant let the bubbles out, fan was coming on normally . Then today car started overheating , shut it off for 2 minutes and temperature gauge went back to normal half way . Any idea

Re: OVerheating , Fan wont come on
didnt find a bleeder , i drained the coolant from the bottom radiator plug , i tested the thermostat in boiling water it opened and closed, i dont know how to test the ECT switch but i bought it few days ago from autozone its duralast . i filled the cooling system with antifreeze let the bubbles out , as soon as i shut the car out obviously it spit some out because it was warm, so i had to fill in a decent amount id say 200 ml , the FAN STILL DOESNT COME ON . the temperature guage goes all the way up H (dont let it go into the red) i shut the car and and instantly turn it back on and the temperature guage start to go back down near 1/2 .

Temperature sending unit could be bad.

Let the car idle and feel the bottom hose

If the gauge shows the needle all the way up but the bottom hose is still cold or not the same temp as the upper then i would swap the sending unit

Its under the distributor

One wire sensor

temperature sending unit or fan timer?
i just went to autozone and returned the duralast ECT switch , wanted to get same one thought the one they sold me 2 days ago was defective, but they didnt have any instock so they gave me valucraft or something like that which is cheaper but no lifetime warrenty, installed it right now it seems to be working fine , fan started engaging. but it was engaging the first day i installed the duralast ECT and the second day it didnt work. hope this one fixes the problem . i hate buying parts from autozone

The fan switch is on the thermostat housing

The ect is under the distributor 2 pin connector

The temp sending unit is the 1 pin connector

The ect goes to your ecu for ign corrections and fuel corrections

The sending unit just goes to the gauge cluster

Tested Coolant Temperature sensor it seems to be fine 1.9V
Tested temperature gauge it seems fine as well it had resistance. Next im going to replace 1 radiator clamp going to the thermostat.

Re: OVerheating , Fan wont come on
The temp sending unit and ECT sensor have nothing to do with the radiator fan. The switch on the thermostat housing controls the fan. I have yet to see a post that indicates you are bleeding the cooling system correctly. Get the Integra service manual.
The Integra forum may be a better fit for this issue.
