I can't tell the difference. I do know that the OEM kit is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and the replicas are $.

depending on the replica kit you go with you can tell a difference! search.. your find pics out there.. but OEM optiona sidesl cost around $300 to $500 depending on condition/paint and shipping. rear sell for around $250 to $350 usually..
I have replica rear and people think they are oem.. I just didnt feel like coughing out the $ for them, sense my oem itr lip cost me $330..

There is weather striping on all the oem parts.
I had the replicas and they where great. I think that the only flaw that I see on every replica is that they arnt as flush as the OEM kit. So what I mean is that the kit lines up perfect with some work but is a little more bluky looking.

I have replica rear valences, but not yet put on. I'm pretty sure there's some mod to do when putting it on, because it's replicas but it shouldn't be too hard. Overall it just depends on how good you put the kit on or if your willing to spend the cash to get the OEM.
That is all.

Replica sides, rear,
OEM sides
The replicas looked good from the outside, but just having fibreglass sides u can tell any bump and they would shatter. had issues with rubbing aswell.(fit over my stock sides)
