Re: need a copy of oem integra key (USDM DC4)
this will only work if your ignition is original. go to the dealer and ask them for an original key by your vin number. they will be able to cut u a master key.

If you have an Integra, then that would make it an Acura.
So you goto Acura to get it cut, Acura is pretty much foreign to a Honda dealer.

so I can't have an oem honda key cut to fit my integra?

I had it done, and it was too long, it's VERRY sticky in the locks,
and I pretty much got it stuck in the ignition, so I never put it back in after I got it out.
So def get it done at an Acura dealership, It's around 5-10 I think also.

I work at a dealer. Take your vin # and id and any acura dealer can pull the key code. Honda can cut your key if you have the key code or a key to trace off of, if not they would just have to call an Acura Dealer for the code.
The honda key pn# is 35117-SH3-013
Same key as Acura it will just say Honda on it. The keys only $1.45. I made a spare for my 98 Integra and it works fine.

He's right 99-01 have the immobilizer.

99 doesnt have it.
Immobilizers came only for the 00 and 01 model year integras.
I have a 99 gsr, and it definitely does not have the immobilizer.

Did they charge you just for the key, or did they charge you to cut it also. At my dealer we don't charge to cut the key just for the key. Also is it a real honda key. The real honda ones are only a few dollars, but we also have generic keys we charge $7.99 for to make some money.
