Re: My 1994 Integra RS.. slooww build-up
alright.. I know it's been a while since an update.. i'm been collecting parts for my turbo install.. i'm still waiting on new couplers and t-bolt clamps..
as of right now.. here's how my guest bedroom is looking
I was having an issue with a stripped bolt in my other head on my b20b so i picked up a LS head.. took it to the machine shop.. had it cleaned, pressure tested, new valve stem seals, etc..
As far as gaskets go.. (oil pan gasket, intake manifold gasket, exhaust manifold gasket) i cheaped out and bought felpro from advanced auto.. never had any issue with these gaskets.. I went to honda and picked up an OEM headgasket.
Specs on turbo kit:
.57 trim t3/t04e, Drag manifold, turbonetics 38mm wastegate, hks ss BOV, 2.5 inch downpipe.. aem uego wideband.. dsm 450cc injectors (blue tops) 10 watt 10 ohm resistors from radio shack.. walbro 255 fuel pump..car will be tuned on crome pro.
I plan on putting the new cylinder head on tomorrow and start the turbo install.. weather permitting
Wish me luck
p.s. - there are some really good vendors and deals in the marketplace.. I picked up my walbro fuel pump for under 100 bucks from lightning motorsports.. really good customer service and uber fast shipping

Looks good Jimmy, Anthony was asking me last night if anything has been done to the car recently.
Jimmy what machine shop did you use? None of the machine shops in my neck of TN are worth a damn when it comes to hondas. My buddy took his ls rods and p30 pistons to have them mounted and they told him honda pistons were not meant to be dis-mounted and re-mounted, that most of the time they break, lol. So to many dumb red necks here.
