My 1994 Granada Black Pearl Integra Hatchback 5MT
Just picked up this 1994 Granada Black Pearl Integra Hatchback 5MT with tan interior (which isnt too bad actually) from craigslist not too long ago. Had about 120,560 original miles when i bought it from this older British lady. The car has never been wrecked, although there are scratches and paint chips from the 16 years of being on the road. One owner, clean carfax, and has all the service records. Timing belt, distributor, starter, maintenance was all done...a true gem. It is so mint that it came with oem integra floormats, the original tape deck, radio code card, owners manual packet, two original keys, and all service records...to sweeten the deal the owner only wanted 1200 just to get rid of it! I had cash in hand and finished the transaction. As everything is mint and stock, I didn't want to mess around with it too much...the only things i done to it so far are:
-Swap 14" steel wheels with 15" rota grid in bronze
-Oem acura wheel locks and lightweight jdm lug nuts
-O-NEX 6000K HID kit
-K&N drop in replacement air filter
-JDM 98+ spec ITR cluster (still keeping the original cluster)
-Polished Aluminum OEM DC5 shift ****
-USDM ITR rear wing painted the same color (hole on trunk plugged up)
-Sony Xplod deck with kicker speakers and dynamat
-amber front bumper corner lens
-Toy Story 3 Lotso Bear plush for added LOTSO torque!
That's it for now, just my daily driver...not bad for a DD. Tell me what you all think! : )
Oh and also I am thinking of putting JDM front end, vote yes or no!

Re: My 1994 Granada Black Pearl Integra Hatchback 5MT
Thanks...I was thinking putting swift sport springs instead, less coils, lowered to the optimal setting of the specific application. Anyone have experience with those springs. Also is the oem struts good enough or I need to get aftermarket ones. Of course have to get front and rear camber kits toe kit lower control arms etc but saving up for now the car rides as smooth as it did off the Acura showroom floor back in 1994 : )

get ground control sleeves, they are very good, and u can adjust your ride height to what ever you desire, i used them on stock struts for about a year, then when u can save up get sum koni yellow struts, and then u will have one of the best set ups out there. IMO.

What you mean gc sleeves, do you mean just springs? Also I'm not looking for the super slammed like the teggy below just enough to nit be called monster truckin 4x4 redneck ricer status. Been lagging on it cuz a lot if money and I want to do it right with front rear camber kit toe kit lcas and good alignment. Even after all is said and done the issue of scraping and going over speed bump remains. Just want it to be a nice drop but not compromising quality performance handling or safety. To me you do it right first time or why do it at all?

i have the same year same color but a gsr.I love it black but hate it most of the time.I live in NM so dirt is everywhere sooo hard to keep clean.Advice is to park away from every one for some odd reason people love to park right up on black car's.

I know but I work at a Honda dealership and I have to powerwash it every other day cuz for some reason I park by my house close to but not under a tree bird **** appears the next morning all the time. If only h&k makes an attachment to shoot down any incoming stealth feathery bombers hehe oh well at least I get to wash car for free anytime I want : )

The only reason I switch to JDM is to get rid of the bug eye look spending almost same amount to make it look like another usdm integra is a waste of money and time IMO dunno somedays I like the 94-97 front end some times I dig the accord look of the JDM front end sigh too many mods not enough cash to do them all lol : (

no GC sleeves with springs. u can choose ur spring rate when u order them. they are springs with a sleeve full of threads with a screw like outer ring around the sleeve the spring sits on, and u can spin it up and down to adjust the ride height ill post a pic to show u what im talking about.

Not the "Best" but for the price it performs very well.
Also don't forget to show your brakes some love, going fast is nothing if you can't stop

First thing I would do is get black dash, door cards, steering wheel, carpet, and seats.
But to answer your question about the front end, I would just get it resprayed (or leave it and get black interior)

Re: My 1994 Granada Black Pearl Integra Hatchback 5MT
why would i leave the paint chips there and get black interior? door cards lol??? also, its a lot of work and the interior is mint, and everything is factory fresh...seats are seats. i do have a salvage 1995 teggy in isle green pearl that i have done the black dash, interior, jdm gsr seats front and rear, the whole works...but i looking for function and performance. pursuit of function dvd and the tmr mag founder rodney wills says best: a well and properly maintained vehicle will never go out of style, it will always be in fashion. besides, i kinda dig the black on tan look now lol well see. if anything i already have all the pieces, just swap it in. the rota grids you see here was from the other integra : )
