Alright, I dont know what I did or what happened, but yesterday I started getting the chirp when I lock and unlock the doors with the fob. It never has done this before. Any idea on how to get it to stop?

I had that problem just before my remote batt died......
it was driving me nuts....

to to reiterate, I have the stock acura anti-theft system, and no, I dont drop it. Any other ideas?

if you have the option button on your fob hold that and the alarm for 5 seconds then that should work

chirp as in 1 and 2 beeps from the horn? I know the factory alarm has 2 options, 1 u can unlock and lock with no horn which is the top button on the factory alarm key fob, and then the other option which is the bottom button, it beeps 1 time when u lock i, and beeps 2 times when u unlock it. dont know if thats what ur talking about.
