itr valve springs / retainers..
if i plan on doing an itr or ctr cam swap in my 95 gsr, ive been told to get the itr valve springs and retainers..
how much are the springs/retainers worth... used? new?
how do i tell the difference from other springs/retainers so i dont get ripped off?
is there a how-to site on where i can find how to install them correctly and all the torque specs?

ITR and GSR retainers are identical. You should only be looking for the intake side since you can switch your GSR intake springs to the exhaust side.

Re: (integra95gsr)
The ITR intake springs are yellow on top. That side faces the valve cover.
You don't torque the valvesprings down you simply compress them. Buy the snap-on tool or rent one to compress the retainer and spring to put the keepers in. IMO it is easier to do all of this with the head off.
If I were you I would just buy them new because they are cheap and you know that they are good.
