I think i have a blown head gasket?!? Please help me
Hey guys, i have another question for you. My b18c1 (GSR motor) is leaking oil in the front left corner (trans side) between the head and the block. What is causing this, could it be a blown head gasket? although the oil in the crankcase looks fine and it doesnt smoke at all. OR is it possible that the head is warped? any help would be much apperciated.

I have seen many leaks in the same place and they all were the dizzy o ring, cam seal, v tec solenoid, or the valve cover itself.

head gaskets dont just blow as regular malfunction of the motor, in other words it happens but its not normal they blow, under surcumstances like when you over rev, not torque the head down right or use a bad head gasket, or over run the motor then you run into that, if you had a head gasket that blew you would have coolant in your oil! check what the guy above said, dizzy seal, vtec solinoid, or cam seal, or valve cover gasket. also it can come from a few places behind the head below the manifold. hopefully thats it.

you need 2 clean it really well and see were it coming from.
most likely it a seal not the head gasket.
it always leaks oil on that side from a seal.
