Default i need some advice on my g2 integra

i have a 1990 integra gs w/ msd ss coil, nology wires, ngk iridium plugs, jackson racing cam seal, hks exhaust, aem cas with k&n dual funnel filter, test pipe, and arospeed ground kit and a spoon thermostat, and spoon drain plugs. I don't know if this matters but i also have tokico blues with ground control coil-overs, i just got a new bosch starter, and am using a honda rsx oil filter (for better pressure supposedly). what i am having a problem with, is that when i start the car up, i can hear this really loud chatter that gets faster the more i push the gas pedal. i did a valve adjustment so i know that it is not the valves. also, when i accelerate, i can smell a burnt oil smell inside the car. i think that cause of the smell is the apc breather filter or a fouled spark plug. the car also runs rough at idle and runs rich according to the a/f meter. the chatter however, seems to be coming from underneath the injectors and rail. that is where i notice it the most. it almost sound like a piston or something. i also blow a little smoke, but hardly any at all, and i mean barely noticable. the car runs hot too, probably from the nology wires. the chatter is the thing i want to fix right now becuase it is driving me crazy. if anyone has forged pistons, the sound that you hear when you cold start your car is what it sounds like. the sound is from the pistons rattling around in the chammber because they haven't warmed up and expanded yet. if anyone can offer some help, i would greatly appreciate it. thanks in advance

why are you using a k-series oil filter? there is really no benefit using a k-series filter. there is no hard proof that this filter will give you better pressure. just stick with a b-series filter. saves you the time and a headache.

You say your put this filter on to increase your oil pressure? Why? Do you have low oil pressure for some reason? If so then you need a rebuild. This is one of the dumbest thing i have heard of. Put the B-series oil filter on there, it sounds like you are starving your engine of oil and that sound is your engine not being properly lubricated.

the rsx filter offers less fluctuation in oil pressure during vtec operation. we have seen the difference on our dynojet using our race cars. the difference is small and hardly noticable though. i just thought that i would give it a try. and it doesn't matter if i have a fram filter or a honda hamp synergy filter on, my car still makes the noise. besides, i am pretty sure that one of my problems is fouled spark plugs. i heard somewhere that iridium plugs and nology wires don't mix. nology wires suk!
