Default how will a GSR run with ITR cams?
without any tune or changing the vtec point. would it be acceptable?

You will have a torque loss from 4400 RPM to 4800 RPM with the -J00 intake cam. The -J01 intake cam will have a slightly longer torque loss.

i had r cams in my old gsr and they seemed to work great with my vafc and a good tune

If you think Type R cams make your car run like a "raped ape," you should try boost once....i think you'll change your opinion
