The manuals state 7,500. I used to change it every 3,000 but am now going 3500-4000 and don't notice much difference in the condition of the oil. It is noticeably used but not burnt.

Mobil 1, every 3-3.5 k miles. if you're using synthetic, you dont need to change it at 2 or 3 k because the oil lasts a bit longer than that.

Every 20,000 Miles is best...(kidding)...depending on what kind of oil you use...about 3-5K miles on average

depends on the time of year. sometimes my car burns up oil and i have to add a lil more before i can change it. sometimes it doesnt.
i typically go for the 4,000 mile range...
when i had my audi and used synthetic though it was like 5 or 6k
REGARDLESS of mileage you should change it every 3 months.

I change mine every 2.5-3k miles using Royal Purple 5w30 synthetic. My Car doesn't burn a lick of oil, but 40 bucks every couple months is no big deal, and keeping fresh, good oil in my gsr makes me feel good!!!
I also like to polute the environment. I'm a hardcore conservative, and would dump oil in my backyard if I could get away with it!! Damn Libs!!!

every 2500-3000, sometimes less if track time is involved. my engine also seems to burn oil in the winter more so than in the summer. heat and tolerances are the only reason i can think of if you guys experience similar. in the winter it's a quart every 1000-1200 miles, now it's every 1500-1800 miles. there is a lot of vtec time with these quotes

Every 3k for me. I like changing my oil. I probably went to around 10k miles with my el camino though lol

7,500 miles, just as Honda recommended. I do use full synthetic though. Only time it gets changed sooner is before an HPDE.
