Default How much do the GSR "turtle" rims weigh each? Also, q about GSR IM secondary butterflies

I'm not sure exactly what range of years/models these wheels were included on, but they came on my 96 DB8 stock.

Anyone know how much they weigh each? I don't have the time to take one off and weigh it, and I don't have a scale either lol. Thanks a lot.
Also, anyone know exactly how the stock ECU activates the IM's secondary butterflies? I've heard from some people that the secondaries are programmed by default to be open below 5700rpm, but the ECU is sending a constant signal to the secondaries to stay closed. and when you hit 5700, the ECU will stop sending the signal to stay closed, and the secondaries will then open.
THEN, I hear from other people that the secondaries are programmed to stay closed by default, and at 5700rpm and above the ECU sends a signal for them to open.
Which is trrue? Because if the first is true, then using a non-P72 ECU should result in the secondaries always being open... and if the second is true, then using a non-P72 ecu will cause the secondaries to always be closed, correct?

The rims you have on are the 96 gsr ones. They weight 15.5 lbs. without the tires on.

Sweet, thanks for the info on those wheels.
Another couple of q's: ever heard of/seen white powdercoating for wheels? How do you think those wheels would look in white, on my car (never mind the 4x4 ride height lol)? How about black? I was considering some 96 JDM ITR wheels, but ~$400 for a ~3lb drop at each corner and more attention just doesn't seem worth it.
How much does powdercoating 4 wheels usually cost, and could it be a DIY job?

Im pretty sure the snowflakes are the 14inch rims that look similar to LS mesh rims or the 97 gsr rims (same thing)

The powdercoating process uses an electrically charged powder, sprayed onto the part which is oppositely charged, in the color of your choice and a large oven to bake it in... obviously not a DIY job.

3 lb. drop as in 12.5 lbs each? JDM ITR wheels actually are that light?? That would be a STEAL for $400.

So I've read, according to this site:
http://www.superhonda.com/tech/wheel_weights.html
There's quite a few sets for sale here on H-T, for cheap too (the 96 JDM ITR's at least). But now I'm told that they will not fit my Integra... which sucks.
