how does the Skunk 2 manifold sound on a gsr?
how does it affect the sound? just curious...Is it louder? raspier? Deeper? Anyone got a vid of a gsr with a s2 mani?

could you elaborate a bit more? with the itr stuff it sounds good huh? how mean is mean? (trying to get excited about this, i have itr valvetrain and s2 mani sitting on the floor)

from what i've heard, along with the ITR CAI, it sound much deeper and pronounced. someone has to have a video off one. i do. if no one else posts on up soon, ill post (lazy bum I am)

Ive just ordered ITR cams and the manifold..im getting excited...you guys notice a great improvement in HP?
im currently sitting at a 15.5 @91 1/4 mile....can I expect much of an improvement?

you should try to do the valve springs, cam gears and a rechipped ecu for the single intake runner...with all of these mods, you should hopefully knock .5 off your 1/4.

unfortunately I hav a 2001 GSR so the ECU is outta the question (thats what I have been told)....but the other stuff is a go...

vedder, i think you can convert your OBD2 ---> OBD1. You need a harness and a OBD1 ecu. I will be selling my ecu in a few weeks. Let me know if you want it.

no way, the intake noise on the gsr almost always drowns out the exhaust (from inside the cockpit) unless you have an N1 or something like that.

with itr cams you should move vtec up higher.

when i put mine on my ls i noticed it sounded different. it was meaner and lil bit louder. mine whistled alot when at part throttle too. performance wise it made my top end rule.

it is possible and it is also beneficial with just the stock cam's. it would be more beneficial with aftermarket cam's, but what isn't with em', have fun pulling apart the IM.
