Hit a median, need some advice. (half rant/half help)
The Story:
I'm driving around the city streets in Vegas, when I notice that my rpm's are fluttering. I slowly start to watch the tach and play w/ the throttle noticing that even when my car was in gear, it was revving up before going anywhere. Personally I have never heard of this problem, but I later had all my questions answered in another thread. Wondering what was going on, I continued to attempt to contact my parents, who were voting at the time and not answering their cell phone.
During one of the phone calls, I was sitting at a red light. In a combination of a slight pull to the left (I needed an alignment), right hand on the cell phone, and eyes on the tach, I veered a little too far left and glanced the median. It hit my front bumper, in which I turned out, taking two quarter sized chunks out of the tire and bending the rim. Dented the back rim and limped to the nearest area to stop. After dealing w/ a flat spare that wouldn't hold air (ended up using fix-a-flat on my spare lol) and AAA not liking my lowered car, I finally got the car another mile to my g/f's.
The Dilemma:
At my g/f's I borrowed a full-size spare from a friend (185-60r14 vs. my 195-60r14), and raised the car about 2" all around. The shop said this:
1) The car's too low to put up for an alignment.
2) The rim is bent.
3) They are going to assess any damages tomorrow.
I can take care of #1, but what I would like to know, is what is a reliable place to get a replacement rim? I've never had to look for a stock replacement before. Also, is there any other sort of damage I should expect? Any parts I should specifically inspect? The alignment was pulling hard right and it drove with an odd sound, so I don't know how damaged it really is. Impact speed was about 15mph.
TIA and sorry if I'm unclear... my mind's hella dazed right now.

I wish, but I'm already using the clutch as an excuse to get an exedy.
My parents are willing to help me out for now, but I will have to pay them back, and a new set of rims would project me a lil more in debt then I'd like to be.

True, true, being in debt is not a good thing (hell, I'm in a big *** hole).
Good luck finding a replacement rim... it will probably take you a while till you get lucky.

Well just in case where is a good place to get some Rota's? I looked over their website but didn't see any prices. It's so hard to decide on a style anyways cuz I have no imagination whatsoever.

Re: (RidinStock)
$300 of LS MESH here in SO CAL. (shipping not included)
I got some "whatever" tires if you want. 2 of them have 80% tred. I'll throw them in for free. They aren't on them, you just got to pay for the shipping.
The rims are somewhat curbed. e-mail if interest.
