In the cabin fuse box there are two relays, a big relay (which is for the hazard lights) and a smaller relay (which is for the power windows).
Look on the smaller relay there should be one of these two numbers 056700-7250 (if it is a Denso relay) OR RC2225 (if it is a Mitsuba relay).
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Re: help! power windows wont work
I cant imagine a 2001 Integra Power window relay going bad unless the electrical system has been messed with before.
Just to make sure, you did check the on/off switch that's just above the window switch toggles on the power window switch? You know, the ones that enable or disable power to the power window switches?
If that's clicked in the ON position, check your under dash fuse #5. Its a 20A fuse.

Have you checked for power and ground at the motor? I have seen a ton of cars (not hondas) that have the wires break between the door and body. Just pull the boot back on the driver's side and take a look. If there is a broken wire in there it will make both windows stop working.

Re: help! power windows wont work
There are four (4) fuses, [2door] related to the power windows, the "main" fuse, [50A up to 97] in engine bay fuse box, [unlikely it is the problem as other things would not work] then there is the relay fuse, [20A up to 97 at under dash fuse box] then there are the two 20A, [fuse #5 up to 97] for the two windows also in the under dash fuse box.
Find the window fuses and turn on the ign. and test the two 20A window fuses, if no power find and test the relay fuse.
If the 20A window fuses have power, [with ign. switch on] then it is a good bet Smart_guy is correct, you have brolen leads in the door boot.
To test for that, [even make it your first test] unplug the main switch in the drivers door, turn on the ign. and test the white/yellow, [drivers window] and blue/black, [pass. window] leads for power, if no power, tes the other fuses.
The "Main Switch", [rocker at bottom of drivers door switch] only controls, [suppies ground] the pass. window(s) it has no effect on drivers window. 94

Re: help! power windows wont work
OK let's see,I had to jump power to the windows to roll them up....luckily got the windows up before it started raining.....but anyways...I found the relay, swapped it with one out of a 97 civic ex coupe...should be close the same relay....worked in the civic...neither relay worked on the teg...checked the door plugs.....still good and packed with grease....fuses were good.windows roll up and down when you jump power to them....idk.... I'm still stumped.

If you have to jump power to them then the problem is no power, the window relay supplies power to the two, [or four] window fuses.
Did you test to see if you have power at the window fuses when the ign. is on, like I suggested? 94
