Help oil pan gasket tq specs

Help oil pan gasket tq specs
does anyone remember the torque specs an pattern for a gsr oil pan gasket? i believe it was 90 in lbs or something like that. thank u

not 90!! its 9ft-lbs.
just 9!
if u put 90 ur gona break and strip every bolt.
just tighten it to 5lbs each first then go to 9lbs to make sure the pressure is even all around...
to tighten it just do it like u would do a wheel. cross pattern all around... tighten one then tighten the diagonal one and so on.

tightening bolts usually is either in newtons which is something like kWp but more commonly written in LBS which is ft-lbs.
the reason its called ft-lbs is because lets say something is 30ft-lbs... that means that if u got a wrench thats 1ft long and put a 30lbs weight on it the amount that gets tightened is 30 ft-lbs
