Default Gasket issues

I have a skunk2 pro intake with 68mm throttle body. I have a gasket that I've been told is wrong and that it doesn't fit right and causes a leak so I looked on skunk2 website and found a gasket they said is for my throttle body so I made it from gasket material you can buy from autozone and the car starts with it idles at about 600 for a split second then dies. What's my issue. Pictures are gasket that leaks on throttle body, the throttle body and the gasket I copied

The gasket shown on the throttle body doesn't match the one in the Skunk 2 screen shot.

Why wouldn't you just make a gasket that looks like the one in the Skunk 2 screen shot?

How does that same gasket look when against the throttle body itself?

Maybe use a thicker gasket material.

if its running with the old gasket and not the new it is because the openings, you have 6 holes in the original gasket u made and from what u said with the first gasket you shown it looks like more ventilation for the u shape slit on bottem left and maybe that gasket u say was leaking is beacause on top of ur picutre there is an opening above the gasket. try make custom gasket with slits and holes

Well skunk2 said this is the gasket for the throttle body. I made one before this one it was basicaly identical to the one that doesn't fit and the car would do the same thing

The area in red should be covered by the gasket in black.

Why not just buy the skunk2 gasket to see if it solves your problem?
