use a wheel spacer

+10 is often too low of an offset for an integra. You can't just be putting wheels on all whilly nilly

That's really you're only option without getting new wheels.

How much clearance do you need? Are we talking 1 or 2mm? or more?

lol@ +10

my first instinct is to make a racially motivated comment about your wheels, but the more tame side of me just wants to ask why in the world you would use such things?

your only options are to either get some spacers, grind down the caliper a bit, or get new wheels

typically honda-tech, instead of people genuinely trying to help, they would rather just try and sound cool... no surprise there... to the people actually saying useful information thank you

i have no idea what race has to do with it, i like they way they look and have wanted them for years and finally had a chance to get them so why did you even post idrivesideways? i mean what did you accomplish by posting that, really. you laughed and brought up race... id appreciate it if you would leave my post alone if your just going to bash on my car.

anyway, lets move on to grinding the brackets down.... that doesn't sound like a good idea to me but then again i probably wouldn't have to shave down much, i mean.. has anyone else even heard of this or know anyone who has done it?

yes my girlfriends cousin bought 15x8+20 rota zeros and his caliper was in the way so they just grinded it down to clear and everything worked fine

Look on the bright side, at least he isn't asking how to fit 28s on it...

Granted, 16x8 is a bad size for an Integra (since it limits the car to 215/45-16 sized tires), and +10 is a terrible offset for everything FWD, but it could be oh so much worse...

OP, you choices at this point are:
1) Shave the calipers, since the spoke design sounds like it isn't going to work "as is" with your brakes.
2) Wheel spacers, which will lower the offset, and anything over 5mm will require extended studs.
3) Buy wheels actually sized correctly for the car.

Then why ask the Q you ask?

If the only thing you want is confirmation, post your need on low-offset.com

60 trim garrett turbo, spoolin performance kit, d2 suspension/poly bushings all around/ 01 front end, ss lines with upgraded rotors and pads just to name some of it.... so...

I COULDN'T AGREE MORE AS FAR AS STUPID LOOKING RICED OUT HONDAS AND TRYING TO PREVENT PEOPLE FROM GIVING THE REST OF US HONDA OWNERS A BAD NAME... I LITERALLY TALK ABOUT IT EVERYDAY AND HAVE HAD HONDA OWNERS CHANGE THEIR CAR ONCE I LET THEM KNOW WHATS UP AS FAR AS CHANGING IT FROM RICE TO CLEAN AND DONE RIGHT.

Honda's are the best and worst cars because of people doing stupid **** to them and not doing things right, then there is the rest of us that pay to play and research and try to do things the right way the first time around as much as we can.

the only reason i want these wheels is because i want something different, thats it, that simple. I think its kinda cool how obnoxious they are and im sure once im done with this faze ill move onto something else but its just something i really wanna do so thats that, im doing it.

as far as shaving down the brackets... i think its roughly a few mm maybe at worse... probably wont even have to shave down that much so i think ill play with the brackets a little bit.. watch how much material im taking off and go from there... i think i even have extra calipers anyway

i was curious what these wheels looked like. surely, they had to be unlike anything if you were going to such lengths to make them fit.

son, i am disappoint.

your guys job to motivate people to sell their Honda's so your the only ones that still own a modified Honda 5 years from now? I swear it must be because otherwise the **** you guys say wouldn't have a purpose. Because you guys definitely don't motivate people in a positive way or help them in anyway either.

Your opinion doesnt matter as far as the wheels go, so weather you like them or not doesnt matter... if you dont like them then stay out of the post... you guys didnt.. you guys go out of your way to talk **** essentially. I mean why do people post if they arent going to help?????

(not you zdub, cdnt and not you duma.. you guys are normal, chill *** guys trying to help and be cool about ****) thanks for your input

wheel spacers are really the only way to go. i would not be grinding down any part of my brakes. the only reason people say certain stuff they do is because for the most part the people that mod their car correctly can't understand why people would do such mods that would hinder the capabilities of ones car. we are here to find out how to make the cars we have operate better. when people waste time and money to make their car worse we fail to comprehend it so we ask the questions that you find annoying and pointless.

dan is right.

and, this forum shouldn't be without opinions. would you provide helpful info in a thread about a 6 inch lift kit for an integra? without opinions, this forum would amount to fitment only, and not everything that fits is practical.

You still have not mentioned how much clearance you need to make them fit. That could help a lot of us out to point you in the right direction.

My guess is OP is going for this look... and since it's already been done, it's not original. And most likely it does NOT have 215/45-16 tires on it.

I have to admit, I kinda like the way it looks. But I can't say that I'd do something like that myself, at least not something driven daily to and from work. Not sure how the owner got those grids to fit with the brake calipers and everything.
