Default Exhaust Power Gains

I was wonder which cat-back exhaust has the most horsepower gains(low-end or high end)?

If your car is relatively stock, don't expect to gain any butt-measurable horsepower. Pick one that looks and sounds best to you.

I personally like the canister exhausts better than the big coffee cans with fart pipe tips. Just get an Apexi N1 or 5Zigen Fireball. Both look good and sound good. The N1 is LOUD though.

So the cat-back/muffler is basically just a chok point and not much power gains will be had with just it, but with a high-flow catalistic(spelling?)converter you will gain a lot more from you cat-back or ?

Huh?

Basically, if you're car's not Forced Induction, you probably won't notice much. A high flow cat might help, but you still won't get large gains.

I mean is what I said right or wrong.

But you would see large gains with high-flow/cat-back at high rpms, right?

I'm sure most of your gains will be high end.
