Default DA vs DC... What can and can’t i use ?

Hi everyone, this is my first post and i’ve just picked up a DA9 integra. i am curious to know what spare parts are universal (if there is any) and what i will need to look for exclusively to the DA9.

i am not familiar with my cars so i’d appreciate all the insight i can get.

ill be looking to get new door trims, stock suspension and a muffler, just to name a couple.

Welcome. I don't think anything is compatible with the DC that's plug and play as they say besides being able to swap the engine from a DC into your DA with using the correct mounts ect.. The DA did come with a 1.7L B17 DOHC so a 1.8L B18 DOHC is not hard to swap in. But with fabrication things like the exhaust, seats, and other small odds and ins can be fabricated to fit and work. Now anything from the DA GS-R will fit and be a direct plug and play for the DA you have but these parts are hard to come by. Like a Naked Unicorn..

Suspension and shifter will definitely work. I moved the suspension and C's shifter from my old EF8 to my DC2 without any issues. DC and DA interior trim are quite different so you cannot make it fit without modding. The length of the exhaust is different so cutting/welding will needed to make it fit. DA is OBD0 while the DC2 is OBD1/2 so the OBD0 dizzy will need to be used with a B18C motor at the least if you are planning to keep the oBD0 harness.
