Default Coilover clunk noise- Integra ls 2000

Hey guys, recently bought and installed some Skunk 2 Pro C 2 along with the pro series camber kit. After driving it for a few days I notice a clunk sound coming form the front passenger side of the car once I hit a bump or a pot hole. If anyone can assist with resolving this issue it will be much appreciated thanks.

Who did the work installing the coilovers and upper control arms?

Take a crowbar and pry it around a variety of suspension parts to see if there is play in any of it. Check all bolts to make sure they're tight.

Has the car been aligned? I truly doubt this is the issue but they may see a mistake or something loose.

I personally wouldn't touch the car if the OP paid to get the work done.

I'm not sure prying on suspension parts would do any good, especially with the car on the ground. Even raised off the ground, you wont find anything significant.

The clunk may be from incorrectly installed upper control arms or incorrectly adjusted coilover perches. It would help to know who did the work on your car.

If you paid a shop to do the install, bring it back to them and have them take a look at it. If you did it yourself, make sure the spring is snug between the perch when the suspension is unloaded. With your upper control arms, make sure the UCA bushings are clocked correctly when the arm is tightened down to the bushing itself.

Wording makes it seem like he did it himself.

Pry bar to check bushings. It's something I always do and have seen countless mechanics do to check clunky and wobbles. The coilovers could be the issue or the new parts have risen other issues that were not detectable before.

If the OP had a constant vibration or shake in the steering wheel, then a pry bar may be useful in finding a loose or worn component. But whatever the case may be, seems like the OP doesn't feel like participating in his thread anymore.

One thing you should never do is go check it yourself.

"My car is making a noise". Easiest and most straightforward way to solve the problem is by posting on the internet. Duh.

$5 says its the lock rings on the sleeve that came loose! Use the special wrench and check those to see if there tight!
