Changing high mileage MTF?
Recently bought a 97 Integra with close to 190,000 miles on it. Looking into changing the Manual transmission fluid and I stumbled upon a few threads about changing automatic tranny fluids being a bad idea if it was never changed before. Yes mine is a manual but it got me wondering if it applies to manual transmissions as well? I don't know if the transmission fluids was ever changed at all. Doesn't look so hard but would it mess up the transmission like it would on automatics?

Lol I'll be doing it ASAP then. I was just a lil hesitant after reading a few threads about changing high mileage auto trannys fluids and was wondering if it applied to manual trannys thats all. Thanks dudes!
