I'm not hi jacking this thread but I have exact same problem right now. Car wont start. I just heard the fuel pump and one click. I have my starter rebuilt once I wonder if that's the problem again. My car is 95 GSR. Note: search is not working rigth now, keep giving me error.

all you hear is one click? check your battery terminals and make sure they are clean..if not then it could be your starter, but i have a feeling its your battery terminal connection, happened to me once before clean them with a wire brush

yes most likely it is your starter if everything else turn out fine, the solenoid on the starter is not engaging (clicking hoise) so therefore the circuit isn't complete. Try hitting the solenoid once or twice and then start....if all tat doesn't work...u need a new starter

battery connection (happens when i dont tighten it enough and it just lays on it) or starter. if you already tried banging it around then it's stuck. those are cheap so dont worry. good luck.

I have a 94 and yeah i tried banging it a couple of times and it still didn't start. I've checked all my connections and fuses so I'm thinking that it's the starter also.
