Default Car still shakes at high speeds!

My car still shakes like crazy at 70 or so mph. I got new tires and got the car balanced and rotated already after I first discovered the problem. It went alway for like a week and now it's back. What could it be, alignment?

My car's stock.

its gotta be alignment, when you got your new tires and they were balanced and everything the shop didnt align them when they put them on? id take it to a shop and ask them to align and balance the your car.

it could be several things:

worn wishbone bushings
bent/damaged rims
incorrectly installed rotors
bent suspension arm(s)
poor alignment
earthquakes
beer
mice inside your tyres

when does the vibration happen? under braking or accel or cruise. does the car pull left or right when you let go of the wheel. if your cars vibrating then i'm guessing its not the alignment but still i good idea to get an alignment after you get new tires. but bad alignment shouldn't cause a vibration. you said it went away for a while after you balanced the tire but came back, well i'd guess that the wheel wieghts that were on you wheel could have fallen off. maybe the shop used the wrong ones. or maybe you have a bad wheel.

The vibration's when I'm cruising in the freeway. It shakes from left to right. when I let go of the wheel, the car goes to the right but it's hardly noticable. If the wheels are bad, how can that be fixed?

have you hit any big pot holes latley? have you checked the rims, inside and outside edge for bends or dents. any bubbles in the tires? if the rims bad, you either have to replace it or if its not too bad a wheel shop might be able to fix it.
i wish i could be more exact but its hard to say whats wrong since i can't see the problem in person. you could try changing tires with someone that has good tires one by one an seeing if the problem goes away. also if your cv joint is messed up it could make you car shake. jack up the front wheels and then turn them by hand and watch the cv joint. it should rotate smoothly.

Got it checked out today...turns out my tires were on the verge of destruction The threads were showing on one tire, and the other one had a slit, about to burst...stupid camber ended up costing me 117$..and then the tire guy ran my car into a curb...fudge my lip up!!!

Make sure your lugnuts are torqued correctly too, in addition to everything else. If this ever happens again, that is.

Adjust your camber!

dude dude dude. i made a post about this a few months back. some other guy was having the same problem. I had the same problem. before you go spending anymore money CHECK YOUR DRIVE AXLES My car was doing the same exact thing it would shake , go away for a week, shake again, go away and so on. at any rate to make a long story short i ended up spending money on wheel balancing, two new tires, and two freaking lugs that i snapped off trying to see if the rims were bent. good luck man.
p.s even if your axles LOOK fine they could still be messed up. mine looked fine but werent in reality. i had them visually examined several times until finally i bit the bullet and replaced one of them. i ended up spending about $450 total on a problem that only cost $150 ( the cost of the axle installed)
