Cant Get Car To Start, I Read And Tried Everything
Ok so I did I little rebuild on my 95 ls with 00 ls engine, replaced clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, throwout bearing, motor mounts, cam gears, timing belt, headers, spark plugs, wires cap and rotor. I put everything at TDC, followed Honda tech instrustions for timing belt replacement, got the plugs in the right firing order but When I start I get cranking, i get spark and fuel cuz I smell it. Please Help Thank You.

To be clear, you have not tried everything, or you would not still have a problem.
You said you have spark, do you have spark at all cylinders, how good is the spark?
Did you use an HEI spark tester to check spark, if not, do so, [on all cylinders.
Have you done a compression test?
If not, do so.
As mentioned, confirm ign. timing, make sure rotor is pointing to #1 cylinder when @ TDC. 94

Re: Cant Get Car To Start, I Read And Tried Everything
Washed cylinders, [trying to start too many times] may be the problem, weak spark on one cylinder is definatly a problem, [replace that spark pug lead].
For washed cylinders, remove the spark plugs and let sit overnight, pour in a tablespoon of oil in each cylinder, do a bypass jump, [crank engine without turning on the ign.] allow engine to turn over a number of times, [more then 5], reinstall plugs, try starting the engine. 94

I had weak spark on a cyl and turned out I didn't push my spark plug wires on all the way. Sounds stupid but worth a look. That wouldn't cause the car not to start though.

Re: Cant Get Car To Start, I Read And Tried Everything
You can not clean the lead, all you can do is replace it.
The above assumes you used the same spark plug to test all four cylinders for spark and only that one cylinder had a weak spark, pointing to a bad spark plug lead.
It is also possible that the problem is the distrbutor cap, remove the cap and inspect the inside around that cylinders spark plug lead terminal for carbon arcing and the condition of the terminal itself.
As mentioned, a weak spark on one cylinder, [although a problem] will not prevent engine from starting.94

Always go back to tge basic f.a.c.t.s.
Fuel wich you have.
air wich you have.
Compression wich you havent checked.
Timming wich you say is on.
Spark you say you have.

i would check your codes first. possible that you've mixed up some of the sensors. or even missed some.
check codes. regardless of an illuminated MIL
