if your gonna go with cams I would save a little more so you can everything at once. Springs and retainers are up to you, ctr cams don't really make power above ur rev limiter.

Cam gears and some kind of piggyback tuning device is recommneded. I would also look into A/f guage and fpr.

an a/f guage is definately not needed. it's more of a light show than anything else.

i have the CTR cams in my GSR, i like them alot but I would recommend installing alot more to ur head at one time while you have it ripped open...it will save you time and money...with that 400 i would buy a nice FPR...

I wouldnt waste money on the fpr until you have more mods done....also, your stock gsr ecu will be fine if your still using the stock gsr intake manifold. I'm running CTR intake cam on my GSR....you feel only slight gains in the high end. IF I were to do it all over again, I'd save up a little more and buy the Rocket Motorsports head package. (ie. cams/valve springs/retainers) I'm definately sure you'll feel and see some nice performance then
