I got my Axxis Ultimates from cobaltfriction.com I think. They dust pretty bad so I think I will go with something else next time.

hawk greenstuff pads on my old vw wre great. they took some getting used to. they grabbed so hard i kept locking the rear tires. i eventually had to put a brake bias control on it to keep that from happening.

It really depends on what you do with your car and how long you want them to last. Axxis, Hawk and Cobalt Friction are all very good and would be suitable if you autox. OEM is perfectly fine for a daily driver.
I like Cobalt Friction GT-Sport pads. http://www.cobaltfriction.com/ and use them year round on my car because I am to lazy to swap them out when winter comes around.

i like my axxis ultimates, as stated above.. they do have a lot of brake dust. But the performance is worth it to me.

As posted above, if your car is a daily driver, then stick with OEM pads. They provide decent stopping power, don't dust much and are fairly inexpensive.

and they wont eat your rotor up as quickly as most aftermarket pads.
also they wont squeal like most aftermarket pads.

I highly recommend, from my favorite to least favorite of the ones I've tried, Hawk HP+,
Cobalt Friction GT Sports, Axxis metal masters, napa replacements, autozone replacements.
