my guess would be an ITR tranny only because it has an LSD (limited slip differential) but both trannys are built the same with the same metal just with different gear ratios..and actually wat matters most is your clutch

wrong!!!
the ITR tranny is different, it's built heavier with dual-cone synchros and other good stuff like that......

maybe if you don't bang the gears, you'll be better off. in a honda, shifting with alot of force will slow you down because they are designed to be shifted very smoothly and with ease. ever drive an s2k or rsx/tsx? you'll learn that shifting too hard will slow you down. i learned to drive on a 1968 oldsmobile 442 with a big ole hurst shifter and you had to use force. thats why i learned the hard way about hondas.
